Due to the custom nature of our product, all orders will arrive within 5-10 business days of purchase.

Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped country-wide UPS Ground at a flat rate per product size. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses. A small number of local orders are delivered to downtown Cleveland and surrounding suburbs by a local courier.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Buyers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges of any returned products. Please email returns@burningriverprints.com with your order number and reason for return to receive more information. In the event that there’s an imperfection on your product or it was damaged during delivery, we’ll be happy to either give you a full refund or exchange the product free of charge within 30 days of delivery. We’ll make every effort to ship a replacement product as quickly as we can.
