How long will my order take to arrive?
Though most orders only take 5 business days to arrive, due to the custom nature of our products, we ask you give each order up to 10 business days to be delivered.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped country-wide UPS Ground at a flat rate per product size. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses. A small number of local orders are delivered to downtown Cleveland and surrounding suburbs by a local courier.
Can I pick up my product?
Short answer: not at the moment. We’re still an e-commerce store and don’t have a physical location for pickups yet.
Can I return my product?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Buyers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges of any returned products. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return to receive more information.
There’s an imperfection in my product, or it was damaged during shipping, can I have a refund / exchange it?
In the event that a product is damaged during delivery, we’ll be happy to either give you a full refund or exchange the product free of charge within 30 days of delivery. We’ll make every effort to ship a replacement product as quickly as we can.
Do you have a gallery where I can see product in person?
Our gallery will be opening in Cleveland Spring 2017. Please check out our facebook page for the most up to date gallery info.
Do you print is sizes larger than on the website?
Yes. Our website is meant to give our customers a taste of what we’re capable of. We’re able to print canvases larger than 8′ in length and height. Shoot an email to email@example.com for a custom quote.
